i know what your thinking of, Teslas idea was completely different to this. i havent really looked into it but Teslas idea was to charge the particles in between Tesla coils and you would just put a mast up and this would collect energy for you. this has to do with particles being part of each other dispite being apart (sorta like twins) though i dont understand why (if this technology is supposedly proven to work) a phone would even need a battery???
