This was our Wedding song in 1991. A song that had so much meaning because my Husbands health was so bad at the time,every one at Wedding shed a tear. We have been together since September 1978, almost 33 years. Our LOVE continues to grow everyday. He is my Prince Charming and I his Princess. What a Beautiful Song. Thanks for posting. You said the same words I feel as well, when you find that good man hold on to him and love each other everyday. Yes there will be tough times but when the 2 of you stick together you can accomplish anything. Loved this song and chose it for our 1989 wedding dance. Met Taylor Danye at a corporate function in Phoenix (that company will never invite her to again) in early 2000. She was such a bitch - when me and my husband were dancing to this song she was singing (our wedding song) she degraded me in front of the crowd regarding my choice of clothes (nice short outfit in PX 110 degrees). WHAT A BITCH! But, love the song:)

@IsRens Exactly. She just has a pretty voice. But at the same time, you can tell that she was influenced by black singers. Speaking for myself, I am influenced by black,white and in between singers. Sometimes who a singer listens to has an affect on how they sing. For example, Lisa Lisa sounds a lot like Diana Ross did when she was with the Supremes. But just because of that, I wouldn't say that someone is trying to be another color just because they're influenced by someone of another color.
