Before she said the guy's name...she asked him what is was...and I think the audience laughed because they thought it was a cute spin she added to the song...I don't think it was anything sinister in their reaction. More like an acknowledgement to her including the audience in her act.

Exactly,it was all part of the act and its no disrespect in any way and Steph seems like shes having fun with it,wished i was in the crowd to listen to her blow,her voice just shivers your soul,love this woman so much.
