It's probably your firmware (it must be atleast at 4.01) or your if you are using iso, maybe it isn't patched yet (I have no idea about this since I didn't encounter this problem)

is there a difference between portable 2 and clazziquai cause i just got clazziquai and unsure if i should get portable 2? anyone know?

Clazziquai is much easier than Portable 2. If you're bored of Clazziquai, you should definitively get Portable 2. The tracklist is totally different (and better), and there is the "XTrem Challenge Mode", better and harder than Club Tour in Clazziquai. Or wait for Blacksquare. :)

This game is really lame compared to portable 2. Thats just how i feel, dunno abt anyone else. It seriously is a big disappointment, the worst game in the dj max series.

There's no online mode. Only adhoc Use XLink Kai to play online.

You need a patch since DJMax CE check if ms0:/ISO folder exists. Google is your friend. :)

If you have dmp2 save data on your memory stick, back it up and remove it from your memory stick. Then start playing. :D

If you're a beginner, buy CE. If you're not, maybe you're should wait for BS. CE is easy for now, hard patterns and 8B will be unlocked with Link disc mode with BS

clazziquai edition doesn't have 8b mode. but black square edition does. clazziquai edition has 2b and 4b fx instead :x

Look the BS teaser at the end. Link Disc Mode with BS will unlock "Professional Mode" in Clazziquai. Professional Mode is 8B in DJMP1 and DJMP2.
