I want to state that I am not sexist or against equal rights.
I just can't see the logic behind paying people the same amount because they were both hired on the same date.
Is there sexism behind some of these claims? Absolutely. However, we should not ignore possible variables that exist between a man and a woman with equal experience.

Thank you a pointing that out. = ) By the way I remember that movie " Dark Night of the Scarecrow", It scared me when I was a kid. That Movie was a partial inspiration for my screen name. = )The other is 4 corners of the earth, and wanting knowledge like the Scarecow in "The Wizard of Oz" ). = )
@eyeswideopen82 Oh yeah the other thing is how the media shows a 180 about men and guys are some kind of senseless creature that needs taming. While uplifting women everywhere. They made men into morons that need to be taught how to think and feel. Because men are ALL we are just empty headed sex freaks. we don't have emotions or feelings. Sexism exists in this world and both men and women display. I'm not sexist either but I do see what you mean.

A man and a woman have the same job title, yet the man earns more.
Does the media show that the man has better ideas and works longer hours? NO!
