My suggestion would be to find a wiccan friend and have them do a binding spell or give you some simple ritual to perform to deflect negative energy. Many people may talk about throwing curses and hexes at you but for the most part they are just fronting. People will get off on the fear they can instill in someone with no knowledge of witchcraft and magick and never do anything. The threats over time cause you to feel threatened, afraid, anxious, and paranoid and these feelings can lead to depression and all sorts of negativity. I do believe in curses/hexes. I do believe in Karma. But I don't believe there is any negative karma attached if you curse someone to protect yourself / family / property. I will hex someone in a heart-beat if I feel they are a physical threat or a magickal threat to me. But only under those circumstances. Here is a recipe for rue hairwash-----to wash out any negativity. Just boil a couple of tablespoons of rue in a gallon of water and use it to flush negativity from your head area.......

it works. If it is a person you may have sometype of contact with (or spirit) it will get rid of the negativity in your area.

Maybe you already do this but it worked for me when I was getting lots of visits from those shadow things/shadow people. Imagine a white, protective light from heaven protecting yourself & your environment as you pray to Michael the Archangel (or any figure of protection) to protect you from all evil & to banish it from yourself & your surroundings.
