i did alot of rowing and other static low back exercises. then after like five weeks i went to only a four day a week workout, when at first i was doing six.
nice. I hit my best PRs when not working out for a week and getting more rest in between. Less volume is sometimes better. I do the 4 day a week thing now also. Great job with the progress!
Loved the 515 for sections. You could see how much more explosive you were the second time around.
