Instead of making the same mouth movements repeat, Try making a number of mouth movements for common sounds (If you dont know what they look like, try looking in a mirror when you say somthing), and then sequence them according to the words that will be said.
Oh sorry, didnt know you had a time limit on it. But if you did, syncing it would have been a nice touch. I liked the last sequence with the fire effects if it had a little more variation, but you had a time limit

I know of a few guys who use pen and paper, and do a great job. Check out PersonSama's stuff for a perfect example of great PaP. Flash eases a lot of the hassle of doing PaP, but to me it feels less natural. It doesnt matter if you use Flash or PaP, dont cut yourself short unless its the style you want. Dont let negative criticism keep you down, as well.

I know of a few guys who use pen and paper, and do a great job. Check out PersonSama's stuff for a perfect example of great PaP.
