In AZ I make videos on edible vs poisonous plants. Just be sure you don't misidentify a dandelion. If it has only one central stalk and fuzzy leaves, then you might have a dangerous lookalike. Dandelions can have several stalks.

Dandelions are much more than just a salad green....you can also use the roots as a great anticeptic, the leaves are also good as a tea...the flowers are also edible....so much for the weed status...

I like the Dandelion too, altho i have only eaten the leaf part.

It really taste good. The next time you have dandelion, experiment with it. Try it in different recipies, and even fry the yellow flowers in butter....Mmmm
