Uh oh, someone doesn't know how decisions work in the White House... Good to know i'm making a name for myself though, democrats quake at the sound of my name because I bring... logical arguements to the table...oh no! Anyway heres how a decision gets ciphered.. one the president presents it, then the congress and senate get their hands on it. They can approve or deny it. Since our congress and senate are made of democrats... any decision Bush makes will be turned down,easy enough to understand?
