I think it's just 4 chord progression in 4/4 for the verses. C#maj: 446664, the slide to Bmaj: 22444, then up to F#m: 24422X, then C#maj: 446664 again. Repeat. Figure out the rest for yourself.

In standard tuning, that's a good progression to play. I play it tuned down a step and a half. 0799XX > 0577XX > X076XX > 0799XX. That's played almost the entire time.

The outro is just C > Am > D > C repeated.
