The luckiest man in history was Pedro de Alvorado. He did this crazy pole vault thing across one of the canals with a spear and made it to safety. I HATE the Spaniards and I think that was badass.
i didnt know that i know he massacared the best warriors while they where celebrating or something and he just started attacking them by surprised while they were witnessing a sacrifice or something so yea pretty much fuck him and all the conquistadores for introducing there diseases,ignorance and death to all the indigenous people in this side of the western hemisphere but it was all in the name of god lol cus god wants millions of people dead(sarcasm)
The Judeo-Christian god is fucking bastard. The old gods didn't demand all people worship them. They even adopted other gods too. Not like this Monotheistic bullshit almost everyone today believes in.
yeah i do believe in sum almighty being that started a thing called existence but as far as religion goes im not a believer ,its all a fucked up corrupt system and contradict there beliefs in saying they want peace but yet they declared war and killed each other in the name of each others god ,in which if you would read there book talking about there ways it says that its bad to kill another man.
That's why I'm a Polytheist. That didn't happen back in Greece, Rome, or most of the other ancient cultures. There is NOTHING in the Aztec religion that says peace is always favorable to war. There is nothing in Greek religion that says convert the unbelievers.
why are their no canals? Tenochtitlan had lots of um cuz it was built on a lake like venice. the spanish were extremely cruel to the aztecs and even massacre them for riches. during the noche triste every spanish soldier that wasn't killed was wounded
