I remember watching this on TV. Mustve been about 1984 or 85. I started going to Astor Place in 1981, I had tons of cheap haircuts with brilliant to average results there for 10 years.

stunningly what's the point of a shaved head - i mean really. hair can be such a sexy, wrapping to ones head. human body has more than enough flesh no need for a shaved head but whatever
I'm there once every three weeks. They've since closed the upper level, which became a store front and now exclusively use the lower level.
