For one - It wasn't a CCTV in the room, it's a discrete spy cam. I'm yet to come across one that runs at ~30fps and shows ancient timestamps.

2 - Digital footage would be digitally timestamped at the date of creation (The full footage, not just the one shown). This was already done by the courts.
