Not necessarily. He still has his Gorgoroth; the final court decision has not yet been made. Gaahl and King front theirs, and Infernus has his. Each party is creating a new album. Infernus' is titled Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt.

Basically, Gaahl and King considered quitting (which they could have done and, being the good musicians they are, they could have made a very good band under a different name), but they decided instead to try to take the name and logo Gorgoroth for themselves, without Infernus knowing! Papers had already been signed, but Infernus is fighting for his rightful place. Once legal matters are done, we can continue to support Gorgoroth without all the bickering about rightful ownership. Hail Infernus!
