th-that was a missingno! Its the "pikachu" missingno, its only found in pokemon yellow and (weirdly) shares the same color pallets as pickachu, so I guess it was ment to be a pickachu, which would make scence to the screaming pikachu noise.....it also will freeze/messup you game when you encounter it....strange, like it didnt want to be known, if you manage to catch it, it's the #0 pokemon in the pokedex, both english and japanese names for it come from the words "missing number"
