read the freakin comment for the video. How hard is that. You can type, can't you read? Its obviously a battery powered charger. It takes the power from a AA and gives it to your phone when it runs out and your without the charger. Waste of money, just take a usb wire, plug it into a lap top, strip the red and black and tape em to the pos neg of the battery. wait half an hour.

just do like d0rkiishchris said but use any household battery for the power source....red wire goes to the (+) side and the black wire goes to the (-) sideof the battery....

if you have a cell phone you have a wall charger....tap into the wires red to the (+) and black to (-) sides of any household battery as long as u have those in an emergency kit

What i don't understand is how is the voltage converted form 1.5 volts from the battery to a 4.5 volts to charge the cell phone?

@rhoula My immediate thought was the same.. actually cell phones vary in voltage from roughly 4.5-6.5 volts, depending on the brand. Therefore, if anything.. the 1/2 hour of charging a cell it at such a low voltage could make the phone go on for maybe 30 seconds, tops.. then die again. LOL. Oh well, don't tell any of these avid consumers that,.. for it might destroy this marketing ploy. (It might be feasable using 3-4 double A batteries, "maybe"... No way in hell with just one, though!)
