  • Thank you for for that advice.

  • Thank you for this video. That could be part of the problem with my hair.

  • I learned about the shower filter a long time ago. Now i can actually use sulfate shampoos again. All this time i thought it was the sulfate drying my hair out. It was actually my hard water and its chemical deposits attaching ot my hair. I also have a chelating shampoo to boost the extra help

  • I would not say that natural hair is tangled, but more tangle prone. Everyone can get tangles, but hair that is curly is more tangle prone.

  • @taimerais boiling water does not make it less hard. In fact it concentrates the amount of chemicals and minerals because water evaporates but the bad stuff stays

  • Many people are using HONEYSILK for this purpose

  • @mzfabulous2011 honeysilk? never heard of it?

  • Roots of Hair = Hair Follice

    Sweat Gland secret "water"

    Oil Glands secret Sebum

If you dont have adequate water intake you body saves water for vital body processes (by decreased urine output & sweating)

If your sweat is concetrated the sodium content will be higher that could ALSO dry hair. If you salt your garden how many sprouts will grow? None.

So after workouts you should really rinse your hair & apply a moisterizer or humectant. Great Vid.
