@kramcas2 and I completely understand how difficult it can be to sue an ISP, or even lodge a complaint. Sometimes it takes *hours* to do that. I remember reporting some nigerian scammer, it took 9 months before they closed his account and reported him to the authorities.

I don't think she was initially concerned about the "whore" comment. She said it herself: the poster posted private information that threatens her privacy. It's a valid form of harassment because someone ELSE posted something about her and then tried to defamed her.
