heyy please help!! you know where u got upgrade 7? well how do you get back there from central hall? cuz im at the part where he takes off the mask n i missed that upgrade so i have to go back..

I think you can enter the Library somehow from the Mechanical Tower.:)

@anexrox This is how you get the 7th upgrade.After you take the Scorpion Sword you will fight a giant golem.Once it is dead a ladder will come down so you can go up.When you go up that ladder you will arrive at the place on 0:26 of the video.Then you can go on as the video shows.Hope I have helped.:)

@anexrox Yeah, go to the mechanical tower, the door where you first see the exploding beasts should be open( you open it exiting the library). you should be able to backtrack from there if you still need it lol.

@kalendarkoman No you can't and the only upgrade for which you actually need the Scorpion\Water sword (which are the only swords that can break walls) is the 9th and final upgrade.

OMFG this is ridiculous! Dude this game has an insane amount of time between checkpoints. What is this, a Japanese RPG? I'm on a sliver of life to complete the whole part after you do the wall changing "puzzle", which is several minutes before where he begins the 8th upgrade segment. I go through that door (a checkpoint, which is super rare in this game), climb up the ladder, and from there I have to fight like 10 enemies with this sliver AND do the 8th upgrade.

@MrKrOn13 You need the Scorpion/Water Sword to brake the bars, so you can't get it at the beginning.

@MrGouter It means you must be in the Past timeline in-game, in order to be able to follow some paths otherwise impassable in the Present and acquire the life upgrades.

@LazyPanda21 You need either the Scorpion or the Water Sword.:) Any other sword doesn't have enough power.
