Krahu, the PS3 is inferior with graphics, etc to the 360 due to the technology it has. PS3 has 256mb RAM which is nothing compared to the 360. That is why the FPS on the PS3 is shit. I have both consoles so i"m not favouring one to the other; I've switched back to PS3 after 8 months on ps3

Yea, it has hacks and Punk Buster only checks for those occasionally so you can play for quite a while with a hacker and he will get kicked later.
And sometimes you just cannot tell if its hacks or the game is shit. Like when you fire tank cannon at helicopter, see explosion but he keeps flying. The Frostbite net code tries to obscure lag visually with ticks but hit detection shows it well.

Black ops is fine to me. Except the crp with the quick scoping. And in battlefield 3 how they are adding a breath hold to the snipers..now I can't just run around and rape with my SV-98 like in bc2. And the dumbed down players in bf3 for consoles, not liking that. But other then that I'm loving everything I hear from battlefield 3!

Today I encountered a hack lobby. Not the type that was bad all the way but only the UAV was online throughout the whole match. But the host ended the game when score was 11-14 in domination
I think Microsoft thought well to get a franchise preference as call of duty probably thought the future of your Xbox then Microsoft decided to take over the company that we like FPS cod
@TetraRage I wouldn't say true FPS gamers will always love MW, MW2, and MW3; I would say that true CoD MW fans (or fans of military shooter) will always love them. A true FPS gamer is not only competitive, but is into any good game that is in the FPS genre.
its funny how treyarch thought it was a good idea for kill streaks to not add up. they thought less people would camp but no, because instead of just needing 5 kills for a predator missle get a harrier then get a chopper and then the player will run around. in Black ops if you want a gunship you have to camp for 11 kills with your gun. in short: stackable killstreaks= less camping

And it doesn't run at the same resolution either. 1024x604 with 2x MSAA on the XBox and 960x540 with 2x Quincunx AA on the PS3. And at a lower framerate. In Modern Warfare 2 the only sacrifices were bloom and HDR glares, chunkier shadows on the PS3.
black ops will always be the best call of duty ever to me only because of the campaign and because of the zombies. If i want online warfare, i play Bad company 2 or team fortress.

I absolutely love this game and also think its the best CoD of them all. I am just really disappointed about the PS3 version and really hope they get their act together for MW3. If only Ghost and silencers were not allowed to be used together this would be a perfect game.

i don't know why, but here in argentina the gameplay is so diferent, we don't see players with commando or lightweight, the rushers are more annoying (but i accept them). i don't know if this is because the majority of the servers got hardcore games...
i dont mind good guns. i use the famas, ak74u, ump45, acr. i use always a tryhard class. lightweight, soh, ninja. i play the objective and rush. i am not a bad player(1.5 kd). but what i hate is perks and the way ppl play. if you complain that your enemy is using a good gun youre probably just to bat at the game and should use it too. what i really hate is camping. just sitting in a corner and aiming at the doorframe... it ruins the game evan more than hackers.
I dont mind the marathon lightweight combination, however comando is the gayest shit in the world. half my deaths are from people running around knifinf and it pisses me off
This is what happens with almost every Call of Duty: Once one comes out, it is severely abused, and then all the normal+ kids go back to the previous game made.
Not only does the PS3 have worse connection but COD is limited because of the Xbox since the Xbox cannot play intense games like Uncharted due to disk size. I really wish Microsoft and Sony stepped their games up.

Acutally im sorry, we didnt pay the same amount of money, we pay 60$ per year to play online. You pay notthing. So if black ops is better on the xbox its ok beacuse we paid for it. is that fair enough ?I think so

@thanck789 What does that have to do with frames per fucking second? I hate when people use this to compare BO experience on the 360 vs the ps3. You pay 60$ per month for online BUT WITH THAT comes the cross game chat and many other xbox live features that PSN does not offer. That is what you pay for. Stop using this argument already. Besides, I'm a PSN plus subscriber so I also contribute to the growth of the PlayStation network. Where is my flawless preformance in BO on the PS3?

@Kr4hu But I dont quite understand the frame rate problem. I get frame rate problem on the xbox sometimes, its maybe due to the host, your connection, the treyarch server, everything ! I watched many times a friend play BO on the PS3 and it was fine.

Yeah, I agree! If they just made the PS3 version less than the 360 version, they should have sold this version half priced when it first released. Either way, it's becoming unbearable to play Black Ops now...
I can't go back to COD4 because there is SO much hacking, then on top of that, Call of Duty Noob Tube warfare is still noob tubing strong. :( I wish I could be playing MW3 right now.

And it doesn't run at the same resolution either. 1024x604 with 2x MSAA on the XBox and 960x540 with 2x Quincunx AA on the PS3. And at a lower framerate. In Modern Warfare 2 the only sacrifices were bloom and HDR glares, chunkier shadows on the PS3.

I absolutely love this game and also think its the best CoD of them all. I am just really disappointed about the PS3 version and really hope they get their act together for MW3. If only Ghost and silencers were not allowed to be used together this would be a perfect game.

i don't know why, but here in argentina the gameplay is so diferent, we don't see players with commando or lightweight, the rushers are more annoying (but i accept them). i don't know if this is because the majority of the servers got hardcore games...

i dont mind good guns. i use the famas, ak74u, ump45, acr. i use always a tryhard class. lightweight, soh, ninja. i play the objective and rush. i am not a bad player(1.5 kd). but what i hate is perks and the way ppl play. if you complain that your enemy is using a good gun youre probably just to bat at the game and should use it too. what i really hate is camping. just sitting in a corner and aiming at the doorframe... it ruins the game evan more than hackers.

today was the very first time(!) I saw a real ghost camper! he was hiding in corners with a silenced galil and he was annoying as hell.
but it was actually the first time that i really saw this in 7 days playtime.
the same goes for commando in mw2. I don't even see this that often. but i see a lot of OMA noobtubers.
maybe there is a diffrence between xbox and ps3 or I'm just lucky. :P

Not only does the PS3 have worse connection but COD is limited because of the Xbox since the Xbox cannot play intense games like Uncharted due to disk size. I really wish Microsoft and Sony stepped their games up.

@TetraRage That's the exact same mentality people had before Black Ops came out, and everyone "hated" MW2 cause it was "shit". If MW3 is not what everyone thinks it will be, then Black Ops will be the game everyone goes back to. Especially if they don't buy/play battelfield. Do some research and realize that COD4 is losing gamers due to hacked lobbies, and MW2 does not have the same amount of players as Black Ops.
