Marijuana doesn't make people crash their cars into anyone's children. It makes people drive really slow and carefully. You must be thinking about alcohol. In 1999 the goverment did a nation wide survey asking young teens which drug was harder to obtain, alchohol or marijuana. The results showed that a vast majority of teens found it much harder to obtain alchohol than marijuana.
