USA is making strategic mistake by trying to win the hearts and minds of Afghan Muslims. No matter how many schools and roads we build in Afghanistan, the Afghans will always hate us because we are kafirs (non-Muslims). The Soviet strategy was much better because the essence of the Soviet strategy was to eradicate Islam by installing atheistic regime in Kabul. The regime fell not because the strategy was wrong but because Americans supplied the Afghan guerrillas with Stinger missiles.

What people seem to forget is that Afghanistan was once a prosperous Buddhist country at the crossroads of the great world trade routes. That is why the Arab slavers fought so hard to conquer it and divest it of all its wealth. Since then it has been a desolate, destitute backwater run by Islamist warlords. The Islamic demons STILL keep targeting and destroying all traces of Afghanistan's fabulous Buddhist past and once GREAT civilisation.

@ritchloui Lol the CIA trained these "Islamic demons", so it's funny how US trains and supports "rebels" or "freedom fighters" during one decade, then labels them "terrorists" a few years later. Happened with Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, and now with Afghanistan, Libya, and Pakistan. Who else are we going to invade? Iran? Syria? Russia? China? It's also interesting how US has invaded more countries than anyone else in the past decade.

@johnnyrivera710 I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that USA did not train al-Qaeda or Taliban. Pakistani ISI provided all training for the mujahedin (Muslim guerrillas) who fought the Soviet Union and Afghan communists. USA sent some weapons (mostly stinger missiles) to Pakistan, but it had no contacts with the mujahedin. Osama bin Laden did not have to ask USA for help. He had plenty of money, plenty of weapons he bought in the Middle East, and he hated USA too much to ask for help.

I call bullshit on some of the claims in this documentary, it is an agreed fact that Taliban on several occasions offered the turn over of Osama bin Laden in turn of evidence that he was behind the 9/11 attacks.
