I don't know who writes this rubbish for Richard hammond But it was a waste of good footage hearing such rubbish . It is clearly Shock tube that is being used here ( a HMX/ally fill ) travelling at 21,000 ft per second to a non-electric detonator firing an explsive train to a High Explosive Charge there in turn setting up the skock wave . THERE IS NO GUNPOWDER HERE . there never will be as gun powder burns and does not detonate
