1 You can thin your hair, my hair gets like that too because it is curly and extra thick so i go in about every six months to get it thinned. You could do it more often if you really want to :)

2 I bet your hair is cute short! There are lots of things you can do with shorts hair: make it look like a pixie cut with product, put in pigtails, braid it, french braid it, comb it out nice and put in a flower or bow, the list

3 Simple fix. Use conditioner that focuses on dry or unmanageable hair when you wash your hair. You can also use product to help make it look shiny. Also, get it trimmed often so that you don"t have any dead ends :)
