to do this go to after effects import a video with a green thing on ur hand go to the point in the video were u see the background save it as a file or photoshop layer import it and drag it under ur original video after that go to effects>keying>keylight select the eyedropper tool and click the green after that change it from final result to screen matte then click screen matte click the drop down button adjust the black and white so it goes completely black and white litterally then go back to
