LOL i had one of these on my Acer monitor, after calling them, and trying to make sense of what the fuck they were saying (I had to google the address cause I couln't understand the dude). I was told that they would pay for me to ship my monitor to them to diagnost. I worked as Tech Support in Mexico for a while, and only 10% of the people who call actually know something about computers, all of the others are stupid as shit. so the call protocol is made for stupid people.

And as a tech support agent you have to follow the protocol, otherwise you get penalized. Once a month you would really get STUPID stupid stupid people who would call to complain about the screen being black and white when they were watching the three stooges.

I did something similar to that in college. I called a pizza delivery place, and got a guy in the dorm to order it first in Dutch, then French, then Spanish, then Italian....Then we got creative. It went from Chinese (as we had a Chinese exchange student) to Arabic to Russian to Gaelic to Swahili.

In the end, we called back fie minutes later and spoke in Glaswegian accents. Poor guy was crying by the end of it. EPIC WIN
