@DamianNixon prices like that make my eyes water a little too...... when I first started drinking ...a pint of bitter was one and sevenpence ....and mild was one and fivepence hapenny ....I can't remember there been any of them fancy lagers on draught early/mid 60's but I could be wrong ....I used to go out with a quid supp 7 or 8 pints.... have fish and chips on my way home and still have change in my pocket Ahhhhhhhhh
@electricragtime I went out wi a Fiver, fell into a gig/session and came home wi a tenner. Them was the days. We lived in a box in the middle of the road. hardehar.
