(1) Fact: R. Gunasegaran died in polis custody at the Sentul polis station. He was physically and brutally assaulted by the arresting polis at the time of his arrest. While at the polis station, where Gunasegaran and several other detainees were taken, he was again brutally assaulted by the same polis but with much greater animosity where he never regained consciousness and finally died.

Fact: Gunasegaran was kicked in the chest, hit with a hose and a piece of wood. (witnesses)

(2) Fact: "These (witnesses) are very afraid. They do not wish the authorities breathing down on them and shall remain anonymous."

Fact: A juvenile, Mohd Amir Mohd Yusof, 19 was detained at the Bandar Hilir Prison Melaka and was found dead in his cell.

Fact: Choong Soy Soy aged 55 died in polis custody in ipoh alleged to have fallen down while he was in the toilet.

Fact: A kugan, Ms Altantuya Teoh Beng Hock and many others died, interestingly enough, under the regime's custody.

(3) Fact: 80 detainees, god's creation, have died in polis custody from 2000 till 2004. The numbers would be more by now.

Fact: Relatives were not immediately informed of arrests, detentions and deaths of their next of kin by the polis. They were informed of the whereabouts of the detainee only after death has occurred.

Fact: After autopsy, pathologist reports were not given to the relatives of the deceased who died in polis custody.

(4) Fact: RM 3000 for post moterm is the usual charge if family members intent to pursue one.

Fact: "sudden death" has been elevated to n ultra microscopic infectious agent that seems rampant under detention by the regime.
