@jaggerofgy yes, forgiveness is very important. i find it much easier to forgive someone else by thinking of them as one of your best friends on the other side and they agreed to work with you in this life to help teach you lessons, which may bring pain into your life. know that it is necessary and they are truly helping you grow and mature on all levels; you can forgive yourself by looking at it the other way around. it is also important to let go of any fear you may be carrying around. peace.

he i am Ruben i am from belgium and i know that i am a member of the pepole of light but thy say you must activate some energize in you body but i don't know how i do that will you give me some information of how i do that i live now simple whit out a T.V. and all that other stuff pepole don't need like games, cd's, candy ,and so on . but like a say i don't know hou i realy activate that power of light and so i have see the the video's 1 to16 of the pepole of the dawn

So, basically to really concentrate direct light body energy with your chakras; you concentrate on your pineal gland, throat, and crown chakras. Heart chakra too. Of course, as you don't let the other ones remain dominant because those other ones are where more physical thinking was already. Mainly the red one at the bottom, is what people have allowed them selves to fall into more often. The orange one too. And they think thoughts are only in the brain.

Haha, good call. However, are you saying there is no proof of an electromagnetic energy field surround the human body? Are you saying at the sub-atomic level our molecules are not in fact light-particles and electrical charges? I agree w/ you in that faith is blind and that there must be proof in order to validate something this radical. plenty of people "attempt" to meditate... consciousness is only a channel of a certain frequency we all emit, receive, and communicate on( turned into) ... there are other "channels" simultaneously and naturally being emitted oh higher frequencies that you can obtain by "syncing" your electromagnetic energy field with... this is a natural occurrence your energy changes when a hologram is superimposed over it or when you hear a certain tone or harmony

A wrong way to meditate would be to have thoughts present while you are trying. All thoughts and inner "chatter" shouldn't be going on in your mind if you are trying to meditate.

I have found that I feel the best when I spin my chakras every day. Spin all 7 of them in only 1 direction at a time. I've been told that you can spin them in either direction as long as all 7 a spun in that direction. Focus on spinning all 7 colors of the chakras. 2:56 be VIGILANT in seeing that the root chakra is PALE RED. The Spleen Chakra is PALE ORANGE, Solar Plexus is PALE YELLOW , Heart chakra is GREEN, Throat Chakra is ICE BLUE, Third Eye is ROYAL BLUE and Crown is VIOLET
