I have KI for the SNES and the only way I know how to get Eyedol is you have to select Cinder and hit a series of buttons before the round starts.

you can do an ultra combo too with eyedol, you need to block orchid`s ultra with him(eyedol) so you hold down and press the weak kick or punch buttom a few times, you can do that until you get tired jeje, then you have an ultra combo, only 80 =/ .
