  • also do you do this training everyday? do you mix any other workouts with this... after or before? how about any powerlifting with this, deadlifts and squat?

  • can you break down the sets and reps here on text. thanks

  • ich will rammstein *--*

  • Danke sehr. Ignorieren Sie bitte die Trolls. Ich mag das Video und Hinweis sehr. Echt hilfreich!

  • Very nice i like how you keep the form during the exercises. Two questions, do yo warm up before and if yes what do you do. Second question do you time yourself and for how long do you rest between each reps ? I am asking that because i see other with timers and stuff but it's so hard to fit with those intervals, especially at the end of the routine. ty for answering.

  • @kroooassant I know it is horrible , but I don't warm up before kettle-bell training. I have never been injured with k-b's and I snatch now up to 97lb 5-8 times. I also do three super set's : pipe push ups on paralletts with my feet on a table in combination with rope pull ups in L-set position. everything as fast as possible with perfect form! Good luck.

  • Some of these comments are uncalled for. You looked at this video Don so obviously ur no expert. Why you going on youtube searching KB techniques? Ur an MMA champ, right....

  • are u doing some else than kettlebell workout? cause u look pretty trained not like the most of the pure kettlebell guys

  • How many times a week would u do this

  • Great video just ordered a couple KB's , and thank you for the Ramstein as your back ground music .

  • I will try this. Thanks for posting it!

  • thanks for the video your advise is very helpfull

  • How heavy this man used kettle bell?

  • Nice video. I just bought 2x 12kg kettle bells to start with. Not too heavy and not too light to get a technique sorted.

  • @armenius4 i want to start kettle bell training.I am a beginner Im 5'9" tall and i weight 220lbs.What weight should i start out with?40lbs kettle bell.I want to lose weight and improve my cardio at the same time.Thank you for your videos.

  • great workout!!!!

  • R U A GERMAN?

  • nice video,rammstein cool

  • good work buddy... i got some good ideas from your videos so just wanted to thank you

  • This cicuit is good enough that I will steal it;) Seriously it i good, and I am going to try it tomorrow at my gym. Thanks

  • What size kettlebell do you usually use for your workouts: 24 kg, 32 kg, or 40 kg?

  • I use : 32 kg, 36 kg, 40 kg and 44kg!

  • Wow, you definitely not using any Barbie weights there lol. I don't usually hear about MMA/jiujitsu athletes training with KBs that heavy, it's mainly hardcore kettlebell fanatics. Are you looking get RKC certified?

  • I have a degree in sports medicine, natural medicine, and I am NASM certified!

RKC is good for beginner who have not a lot of experience!

This vid is about 18 month old, my technic improved a lot;)

I will start to shoot some new vids in the next six weeks!!!

    Peace, Ralf

  • @armenius4 Slow, wobbly, and sloppy technique, if "RKC is good for beginner who have not a lot of experience!" then its perfect for you. Go ahead and get some training from an RKC, or better yet take the cert.

  • @armenius4 I hope your "technic" improved a lot cause you suck. Little girls from the RKC are way stronger than you.

  • great workout!!!!, if I am a MMA fighter, how many times a week should I do this routine? before of after taking the technique, bag , focus mittd and /or grappling?

  • I do this one only once a week (Wednesday's), and circuit training on Mondays and Fridays! I do them before, because the routine requires total attention not to get injured;)

  • You should buy some mats so you can do your kettlebell workouts on them without having to worry about damaging any property if you drop or loose control of the kettlebell, so you push yourself harder during your workout.

  • Hey mate, have you tried doing the Kb swings bhy locking your knees when the kettlebell is down, like they do in Girevoy Sport? It's a lot more economic way of doing them, but at the end, just another way of doing it. So whatever one likes. Peace!

  • three sets: first one= 21-11-11-11

    second: 15-8-8-8

    third: 9-5-5-and fife (each side;)

    Good luck:)

  • sorry i may have missed this in the vid...but how many setss? and do u time these exercises if so how long per exercise

  • One safety tip: I definitely recommend wearing shoes when exercising with kettlebells.

  • You are right brother:)

  • Nice video. Sounds like Rammstein in the background -- good music for a hard workout.

  • Great vid, Really helpful. The commentary is fantastic too. Keep up posting the good vids.

  • THX bro:)

  • hello and greetz from germany ! :)

though I am on the other side of the world I am quite impressed and I try use as much of your exercises as possible. I saw you answering all the comments so I might ask you a personal question?! what is your profession? :) quite funny to see you working out with the ropes in your living room !

    keep posting videos !

  • Ich komme auch aus Deutschland;)

I am an personal-trainer ,NASM certified, Diploma from Deutschen Sport-studio Verband, und Heilpraktiker (chiropractic, acupuncture, injection therapies...).

Yeah, that is the smallest gym in Hollywood;)

  • it seems so easy to hurt your lower back with kettlebells.

  • actually, I did old style dead lifts before and was always sore for three days after the training!

But sins I started with Kettle-Bells two years ago my lower back is in perfect shape:)

You have to start with low weight and build up to the heavy ones!

    Technic is key!

The Kettle-Bells force your body to activate all your supporting muscles, which takes away the main stress on your lower back and alines your hip flexors;)

  • Thanks for the free advice. I just finished watching all your videos and was very impressed with all of them. I hope you put up some more. Have you done any MMA training in the water? I'd like to start learning more about doing underwater anaerobic mma workouts.

  • No I did not!

But there are very beneficial, because the water forces you to breathe harder (better oxygen intake), and takes away stress from your joints!

If I had a pool, I would defiantly train under water;)

  • Hi Armenius,

When you say you would train underwater, do you mean some kind of cardiovascular training like swimming or some kind of weight training like getting plates at the bottom of the water and bringing them up to the surface ?

    Thanks.

  • Good sh1t bro!

    Keep it up!

  • I am up to 90LB for low reps (4-7). For the hole routine showed in the clip I use a 70LB and a 80LB (completed in less than 12 min). Stick to the 17 until your technic is close to perfect, than aim for 54LB (the standard size for the US and Russian special forces..). I am 6'3 as well and I weigh around 205LB! Good Luck, and always take care of your technic and listen to your body;-)

  • Cool thanks again for your help friend =).

  • Grouse video mate :), i just did this workout and i think I'm gonna be very sore tomorrow!

  • Take a epson salt bath , it will help you to get rid off all this excessive lactic acid;-)

    Good job!!!

  • Thanks for the advice mate =). I was wondering what poundage of kettlebell i should use/aim for? I've started off with a 17 pound k-bell. I'm 6'3, approx 255 pounds in weight.

  • Nice man, that training rocks!

  • Awesome, thats what I call an efficient workout! Thumbs up!!!

  • Thank you bro;-)
