  • blue beacon truck warsh

  • The good ole AMERICAN saying that made America become such a force was quite simple "customer is always right"....welcome customer with hand shake.. have customer leave with hand shake..never piss the customer off.....that is the AMERICAN way and that is how you do business in america.

  • streakin beacon is what we always called it

    try goin to frontier

  • @bk1727 Frontier is much better defiently. Frontier employee's sure do not tell customers to go somewhere else...and frontier does care about the customer.

  • Dear Mr. Roadkill,

I myself am a 5 year veteran blue beacon employee. and for your information, it is HIGHLY against company policy to video tape or photograph any matter that pertains to washing the truck, for the sole fact that the Blue Beacon truck wash method is one that is a well kept secret, and is part of what gives a quality wash, with decent timing, at a reasonable price. If you dont like it, dont get your truck washed.

  • @griff379

    Ya.....whatever dude.

If a potential competitor wanted to know what was in your secret sauce, he would send someone over to work in one of your places for a few months and not rely on a short 4 minute video. In fact, I am sure they have done just that.

  • @griff379 It is not a well kept secret. I've never heard of anyone not being allowed ot video tape their trucks being washed at blue beacon, and I had been working at blue beacon from 1995 to 2001. Never once had I seen anyone being told they could not video tape washing their truck. Here is their secret. They squat on one knee and twist the hose to clean the inside of the rims lol opps...I guess the secret is out lol.

  • @griff379 And btw, drivers can watch the entire process, so I guess thats a good way to keep the process secret huh. Oh and btw, good to know that you tell continious costumers to "not get their truck washed there". Guess what idiot...the man in this video and the hundreds like him is who keeps your business running...without their money you are out of a job. Money sure does not grow on tree's.

  • Company policy we have to follow the big mans rules!

  • He was asked not to record and he still did... he's beeing an ass but then he wants to be treated right

  • @jcarlosv1000

    Let's see......using your rational,

let's say (for the sake of argument) you wanted to purchase the BEST steak at a fancy restaraunt you could get.

And while ordering; you asked the waiter if they wouldn't mind if you gave him a lap-dance.

He tells you that dancing, especially LAP DANCING was not allowed.

Would you then expect them to give you a steak with excessive fat, or one that they dropped on the floor?

  • what a whiney bitch, seriously, im so sick of truck drivers, you want it done right, do it yourself and quit being a lazy ass pussy about it.

  • @twostepsx07

So, I suppose if you pay someone to work on your car, and get crappy work done, or you pay someone to put an addition onto your card-board house and the roof caves in, you should just quit "bitchin"?

Perhaps you should do your own vasectomy as well?

Quit being a lazy ass pussy about it!

  • you want a good wash? do it yourself you whiney little bitch, who gives a fuck what you stupid fucks thing about your wash?

  • @twostepsx07

If I pay for a service and the "employees" give lousy service, it is my obligation to get it done right.

I am obligated to my employer, in looking out for HIS best interests, I am obligated to the owner of the service to bring to his attention the poor quality work his employees are doing, and lastly; I owe it to the workers themselves, who would be incapable of self-improvement without my valuable feedback.

  • @twostepsx07 Guess what..this is the man's truck, this is not your truck, and he is paying your check, yeah thats right, the money that on your check comes from the customer slike this man...how about the customers stop going to blue beacon and then tell you to stop being a whiney bitch and go get a job at mcdonalds.

  • Did you pay for the wash!!! Or did the company pay for it?

  • @ipantaleon

Doesn't matter who "paid" for it, when My boss complains TO ME

about how "clean" the truck is.

Doesn't matter who "paid" for it when I drive away with a still dirty truck.

  • @ipantaleon It does not matter one bit who pays for it, even if hs company paid for it, he is representing that company, and it is his job to make sure the truck is taken care of. that is HIS job.

  • @Monasukapanough

    exactly, that's what I'm sayin.

    THEY just don't 'get it'....

  • @Monasukapanough

    exactly, that's what I'm sayin.

    THEY just don't 'get it'....

  • @Monasukapanough

    exactly, that's what I'm sayin.

    THEY just don't 'get it'....

  • put to trucks to gether one being from eagle and the other from beacon and let the wash do the talking .......................[eagle truck wash] amarillo texas

  • @javierzioo Eagle truck wash would win hands down.

  • wow your a dumd ass like you are a one on my retard meter blue beacon keeps there videos to them selves, people like you could do other stuff with them like you putting it on youtube, servce well we just follow the rules but hay you have fun on the road with your lot lizzered and pissing in bottles. have a nice day

  • @jon35jon Tell me what dialect you speak, so I can find someone to translate your idiocy.

Oh.....never mind. I know what dialect it is.......it is the language of the Southern High-School Drop-out.

    Very common these days.

  • @jon35jon

LOL.....spoken like a TRUE BRAIN SURGEON.

"0" videos, "2" subscribers and "7" friends......let me guess why?

  • @jon35jon Real nice to see how blue beacon employees speak to their customers now days. I'm real glad blue beacon was not like this back in the 1990's and early 2000's. It's no wonder blue beacon's have been going out of business since the 2000's.

  • @Monasukapanough

I remember complaining one time at the Beacon in Kingman AZ.

I was threatened (with arrest and physically) and when I called Corporate, I discovered that "they" had called before I could and told Corporate LIES about what I had done. If I wasn't forced by my employer to use Blue Beacon, I wouldn't use them.

  • @roadkill439342 maybe start getting people to contact you company informing them that blue beacon is disrespecting your company. I think all the truckers need to do this. Alot of blue beacons got shut down by doing this. If they get maybe 15 less trucks to wash a day....by end of week they will start being ready to close down...after 5 weeks they will start having to fire employees. by the 10th week they will close down.

  • all blue beacons have a no camera policy on there property. so really there not being dicks, they are abiding by the rules.

  • @joedaddyfox And I have a "do the job right the FIRST time so no one has to make these videos" policy....

  • You want a good wash driver? Go to an xviii wheeler truck wash where they hand wash every truck and are not trained to put acid on your paint to save time in hand washing. Great customer service with a smile and always do an awesome job on my truck. Just wish there were more of them.

  • This is life its not perfect just be happy we live in a great country and quit bitching about shit that dont matter like a damn truck wash who gives a fuck

  • Makes perfect sense to me........pay your good money; don't worry about the service you get, because after-all: "we live in a great country"...

  • lol...if i had a dollar for every customer like that, that i had taken care of and given a great wash and then had to listen to how bad the last blue beacon did...i would have a lot of dollars...lol......but to be serious you and everyone else are video taped for security reasons...your not aloud to video due to certain trade marks they have that they don't want possible competitors to see or know about....and I can already predict what your response will be...lol

  • Got news for you.........If you had "given a great wash" you wouldn't have "to listen how bad the Blue Beacon did".

And your "possible competitors" ALREADY know "how" you wash trucks. They wouldn't bother screwing around with a trucker and his $35 video camera, they already sent in spies to work at one of your outfits years ago.

  • lol...I had to listen to how bad the LAST blue beacon did..and its always usually baytown ...you know how they say the good always suffer for the bad....that happens alot with blue beacon.....great locations have to suffer for the bad experience a customer had at a horrible location with bad employees.

  • here is a simple fix to your problem go somewhere else (truck o mat) o they do a worst job the only way to get a truck to anyone personal satifaction is to wash it your self that what i do

  • No, a "simple fix" would be for Blue Beacon to offer better customer service, and less excuses why they can't deliver.

  • if you wash it yourself you get the best Customer service

  • truck drivers like you is why i hate to go work just hearin ur stupid comments, well gess what next time when you go wash your truck ask them to lend you pump 3 so you can feel the pressure of the guns that we use for 7 1/2hrs

  • Truck drivers (like me) are the exact reason YOU have a job.

I would love to have a job that only lasted 7 1/2 hours a day (5 days a week).

Let's see you do MY job: 14 hours a day seven days a week; pussy........

  • i wish i had ur job and u had mine see if u kan take all the bullshit that goes on in this job old man,and if u want ur truck washed right do it your self and stop bitchin

  • You wish???

Try shitting in one hand and putting your wishes in the other and see which hand fills up first.

One thing you need to do is go back to "skule" and learn how to spell.

  • Roadkill, your an idiot..

Its truck wash. Not Warsh Commooo driver.. quit bustin the Streakin Beacon's balls.

  • I'm an "idiot"??

Streekin Beekin employees couldn't WORSH (not warsh) their way out of a shitty diaper.......

  • worked for blue beacon for three years. they hire any retard who will show up. pay shit wages. dont care about their people even when they are injured on the job. they are a bunch of scumbags.

  • your a loser and your truck is a pile of shit

  • I'm a loser???? You have the "user-name"

"JonasBrosfan".......you're either as queer as a three dollar bill or a 12 year old little girl.

    Whose the "loser"?

  • company policy buddy, you just cost somebody his job...good job

  • I cost someone their job??

    Who?

That guy who did such a lousy job in the first place?

    He deserved it.

  • if a drop asked you to change your log book, would you be a dick about it? i just hope for your sake that blue beacon home office or their lawyers dont see this unauthorized taping of the inside of their building...could cause you a few problems

  • if a what asked me to change my log book?? WTF are you blathering on about?

I don't give a fuck if STREEKIN BEEKIN and their Corporate Barracudas see the vid or not, there isn't a fucking thing they can do about it.

  • privacy laws

  • lol im pretty sure where i work they wouldn't care if anyone filmed.. and we have to please the truck drivers where i work.. but we also wash the trucks for the company so yea maybe its a lil different? but our truck drivers must be happy or the big boss comes down to yell at all of us. and makes us re wash the whole truck.

  • Hey Roadkill, Its just a trade secret. We cant let our competers knoe how we do things.

  • If your "competitors:" wanted to know how YOU GUYS do it, they would comedown there themselves and see, probably send a couple guys to work in the wash bay for a week or two. In other words, they already DO know how you guys do it.

  • @roadkill439342. Sorry, its true. Thats the reason that they give us.

  • just another semi driver that needs something to bitch about to make them fell better

  • No, just another person who didn't get what he paid for. No wonder this country is bleeding jobs to Mexico and mexicans are taking your jobs. At least THEY have pride in their work.

  • Well at least its a piece of shit truck that not getting washed correctly. If i saw your dirty ass i wouldnt care to clean your truck properly either lol.. take a shower at pilot you piece of shit and then go get some dentures

  • You have already lost the argument when you resort to personal attacks.

  • @roadkill439342 advice buddy advice :)

  • Your an idiot, buy a sham-wow, wipe your truck down, and stop bitching like a typical truck driver. Stopping giving the good guys a bad name by being a dick! Observe the comapny policy, if you don't like it leave, simple. Come to ohio and pull that shit, you'll get fucking tossed like a drunk bitch in a bar. NB bitch boy, come find me.....I'll prove it you.

  • Naturally, this looser cunt neglects to leave his name and place of UN-employment.

He would probably HIDE like that chicken-shit Ronnie Odeon in "KNOXVILLE" did.

    What a pussy........

  • slow ass washers.

  • the reason the soap streaks the truck is because the high pressure guns get most of the soap out of the seams, but you can never get it all out. after the wash just take a little water, a towel then, wipe the streaks away, they come right off.

  • and PLEASE stop saying warsh and my turba blowed; OODIA would be sad. And for the rest of you truck drivers complaining about the washes go to Charlies Old fashion, a HAND wash blue beacon tried to start for all complaining about were too fast, we dont brush, soap streaks and so on. And do you know what happened? It makes NO money lol, you children don't use it, Ive been in line for an HOUR!!!! Yall Scratched my PAINT!!!!! either way sir its a losing battle on our end to please the customer.

  • No, CUSTOMER SERVICE starts with YOU, who provides a SERVICE to the CUSTOMER. If you CAN'T WASH THE TRUCK right the first time....lay-down and hire 12 grateful mexicans who WILL, and do it for 1/2 the price YOU will.

    LMAO

  • Sir, we do not have good customer service most of the time due to the fact we deal with truck drivers all day... its hard enough to deal with one of YOU let alone 25-40. We deal with you getting out with your pants off trying to shake our hands, smelling like the dumpster out front, using the restroom and not washing your hands then using our pens to sign the reciept, eating in the office getting food everywhere. It just gets old sir, the best way to get better service starts with YOU

  • When did you see me eating in your office? Using the toilet w/o washing my hands?

Don't blame ME (the PAYING CUSTOMER, who puts food on your table and clothes your bastard children) when Customer Service begins with YOU.

If you have such a hard time dealing with ALL customers, then YOU are in the wrong business.

  • i dont even know what your crying about

  • The reason why they dont let pictures or vids at the blue beacon is because they dont want the way they wash trucks and the teqnics to get out to other companys that do truck washes. i work at the blue beacon in cornwall, we do the best job

  • I already knew why they don't allow videos or pictures. Every company "guards" their secrets like the survival of mankind depended on it.

It would rarely be a paying customer who "sells out "Streekin Beekin"; Corporate "spies" have traditionally been disgruntled employees.

  • I'm pretty sure you done want to give shit to any of the experienced guys at blue beacon. you give truck drivers a bad name. people like you piss me off the most, you come in and bitch about the wash job. wash the fucker your self you lazy piece of shit. and as for you being mouthy to "truckwashnfool" i dont think you want to mess with him.

  • I "give truckdrivers a bad name"????

    Why?

Because I expect more from illiterate truck wash employees than they are capable of?

I don't give a rat's ass about YOU or "truckwashingfuck". If you don't do the job I AM PAYING FOR, then I have the DUTY to complain. YOU might learn something from it....like how to do a GOOD JOB for a change........

    imagine that!

  • id love to kick your dumbass. but knowing you, if you like most truck drivers, talk alot of shit inside that truck but once you get out its a whole different story. so stop being a pussy. not all truck drivers are shit like you. my uncle is a far better driver, and he drives a peterbilt. not a pos freightliner. so unless you either grow some balls or find yours fuck off. oh and bam call your mom.

  • I don't need to hide behind an anonymous fake YouTube name and threaten to "kick your dumbass".

Identify yourself.....name and location and let's see if you can walk the walk.

I ran into your uncle last week....he was working the back row of the Flying Pilot; wearing his paisley spandex "pull-ups".

  • damn those washers suck

  • blue beacon does not let you video tape at all! period!

  • Well roadkill I would say your just going to bad locations. I know for a fact that Oak Grove is one of the worst ones you can go to. Next time your in Kansas stop by Salina. I know we are just another Beacon to you but we get maybe 1 rewash out of 30 trucks about on our shift. Perhaps we can change your mind, It is a fact that Salina has the best washers in the country. Our Field Rep and Admin both claim that.

  • To be honest, there are a few Blue Beacons I go to that do a VERY good job,

Fernley, NV (at the Pilot) is one, Maybrook, NY (at the TA) is another. I often take a "34 hour" at these locations and often the day after, the Manager of this location will contact me to comment on the wash job.

Bordentown, NJ (at the Petro) is another place that does a good job.

Kingman, AZ (at the Petro)? 0/3 rating.

If I get out to Salina, I will be sure to drop in.

  • and beaverdam :P

  • so, you like bordentown, its a very nice truck wash...i was there and trained 8 employees when it opened 2 1/2 years ago. but yet , i cant get my employees to pull their heads out of their asses half the time. and the illiterate comment you have above is far from the truth, most of my employees are current college students, its all in the work ethic given to kids by their parents. most are good kids, they just need to be pointed in the right direction. be a teacher not a critic, they will listen

  • I don't disagree one bit.

It all has to do with worth ethic instilled "by parents". That's where I got mine. If they don't have it, it is their parents fault. It has nothing to do with whether they are good kids or bad kids.

  • Blue Beacon is the best truck wash in the world. You can complain about insignificant shit all you want but you will be back time and time again to spend your money there. You can say any stupid, degrading thing you want but you will prove yourself wrong when you come back to give us more business and more money. Like usual you truckers can talk more trash than anyone but you can never put your money where your mouth is.

  • I only come back because my employer REQUIRES me to use your crappy service and put up with your smart-mouthed employees. If it was "my" money, I would spend it elsewhere.

Other than that, the videos and the remarks from those claiming to be StreekinBeekin employees speak for themselves.

  • Well your employer seems to very pleased with our business and requires you to get it washed there becuase he knows that we are the best in the business. Your employer knows that we do an excellent job in the least amount of time and even though you certainly don't appreciate our commitment to excellence that our business is proud of, your employer has his priorities straight in choosing Blue Beacon to be their truck wash of choice.

  • It has nothing to do with any imaginary "commitment to excellence". It is strictly a matter of convenience. There are far more STREEKIN BEEKIN truck washes, than there are other chains. And whether my employer is pleased with "your" business is irregardless of the fact that most of the time I have to get the truck re-washed because it wasn't done RIGHT the first time. Something people just can't seem to get their pointy-heads around is pride in one's job shows in their job performance.

  • I have seen more attention to "racing" to get the truck washed so the employees can race out and sit in their cars, than I have seen attention to getting the job done RIGHT. THAT is the point.

  • Our commitment to excellence is certainly not "imaginary". It is the reason why there are far more Blue Beacon locations than any other chain. Blue Beacon does the best job for the least amount of money. That puts us in high demand which has allowed us to open over 100 24 hour locations which deliver a high quality wash for the bare minimum amount of money. Just because you decide to get your truck re-washed doesnt mean it wasn't done right the first time.

  • You're so right. I have absolutely NOTHING better to do than wait an hour or more to get my truck washed, then wait another hour or two just to get it washed again, because I find the quality of the service average at best.

  • Well obviously you do have nothing better to do. You wait an hour or so to get it washed so you can go over it with a fine tooth comb and complain about every small, insignificant thing and get it rewashed. You must obviously enjoy some aspect of getting your truck needlessly rewashed otherwise you wouldnt do so.

  • Oh yes.........soap streaks are INSIGNIFICANT.

Bugs still on glass and other parts of the truck is INSIGNIFICANT.

Customer satisfaction is the single most INSIGNIFICANT thing of all.

  • A soap streak the size of a toothpick on a nonvisible part of a truck is insignificant. A single bug on the tip of the stack is insignificant. Customer satisfaction is what Blue Beacon excells in. If you dont believe me then just ask your employer if he is satisfied with Blue Beacon. He will tell you he is because he is a well satisfied Blue Beacon customer.

  • He doesn't have to drive the trucks that other drivers comment: "Let me guess, you got it washed at STREEKIN BEEKIN"

  • Oh please, you get a minor mistake on your truck and we are "uneducated". I go to Kansas Wesleyan in the mornings and work at the beacon at night. Do I seem uneducated to you? You don't know anything about our procedures and techniques, i'd like to see your ass get off your seat and do what we do and I guaran-fucking-tee that you won't be any better than us. You, stereotypical trucking driving cunt, think you are soo perfect?.....Far from it dumb fuck.

  • Wesleyan, huh?

Perhaps you could ask your Socialist College Professors about the concept of BUYING a service, and the implications of getting a POOR QUALITY product on the whole economy.

    Nice language, BTW.

I take pride in ANY job I do, and I "guaran-fucking-tee" it would be done right the first time. That is the product of HAVING Self -Respect, something the "Entitlement" Generation is short of.

  • The truck does look like shit you dumb motherfuckers. I can tell you from experience because I work at Blue Beacon. The trucker was right to rate them how he did. You fuckers suck!

  • if you ever show up at the effingham location i will pull your ass right on through and you can take it to the truckomat down the road. they would probably love to deal with your shit.

  • Next time I am in "F-ing"ham, I will ask for you, specifically. Just like "Ronnieodeon" at Knoxville who cowed like a whipped puppy when I asked for him by name.

  • hey roadkill, you give all truck drivers a bad name. its really sad that all you have to do with your life is pick on a bunch of guys trying to make a living. dumbass, blue beacon has a policy that we all have to follow. and i would hope that drivers have a policy or two that they have to follow too. so roadkill do all blue beacon employees a favor and drive your truck over a bridge!!!!

  • Blue Beacon has its company polices you idiot, so if youre that much of a moron to not get the concept of them not letting use your camera then just do the world a favor and stop breathing. One less idiotic person in this worl will make it a better place.

  • You're still a moron.

  • And you still suck farts from bus benches.

  • Man, I tell ya what. Yesterday I couldn't even spell CDL now I gots one! Woohoo! Love my big rig!

  • Hey man....if u come to the Blue Beacon of Laramie WY on the graveyard shift! We will take good care of ya dn u will get a 10 out of 10 on all levels. I am the bay leader on the midnight to 8am shift. We look fwd to seein ya if u ever come this way!

  • Hey BayLeader, next time I get to Laramie, I will be sure to stop in.

    Thanks

  • Dude come see me at frontier truck wash exit 71 off i 20 in columbia sc and i promise you will give us an A+ cuz sometimes its quality over quantity!

  • Thanks, but IF I had a choice where to get the truck washed, I wouldn't be using STREEKIN BEEKIN

  • ok so you much have a charge account with those fucks then..

  • BOSS has charge account

  • figures

  • If you don't like the services Blue Beacon does go somewhere else. There are many truck washed around the country, not just Blue Beacon. If you wanted your truck brushed you should have asked them to do it and not be a complete moron about it. Maybe asking the to pay attention to the rinse would help to. Oh, and if you do have a problem there is no reason to be a complete asshole about it. You walk in and talk to the supervisor like a human being and you will get a better wash.

  • Company uses Blue Beacon. I don't have a choice where to get it done. But the point IS, and always HAS been, for the most part, you guys can't get it right the first time.

If I was so inept on doing my job, I would be working at Blue Beacon too.

  • Come by the Salina, Kansas Blue Beacon sometime! Throw that attitude at me and call me a dickhead and I'll throw your ass out, I might not even rinse the soap off, so then you can drive down the road with dirt, bugs, film, AND SOAP STREAKING! That will give you something to piss and moan about you crying little pussy :)

  • Hahaha.

  • Your attitude is not dissimilar to the rest of you uneducated truck wash employees.

  • Driving down the road with dirt, bugs, film and soap streaks is usually the quality of the washes I get from STREEKIN BEEKIN anyway, why would it surprise me to get that level of service from Salina KS?

  • Lmfao....This moron cracks me up!

Calling Blue Beacon employees uneducated idiots sure means alot...what did you do with you're life Mr. Educated? A Truck Driver?? L..O..L! You act like you could do a better job! We try our best to give you a good truck wash, try working there for a day and maybe you'll pull your head out of your ass and learn that we are hardworking people just like you, if you want to insult someone, blame the people that WROTE the procedures, we do what we are trained to.

  • I have a Degree from the U of M in Arbor culture (what I did for 22 years BEFORE becoming a truckdriver). Your level of education?

  • its in the company policy that we are not allowed to let any recording done on the property of the truck wash. unless done by a blue beacon employee for business related activities. in other words don't be a dick to them for doing their job right.

  • looks to me like you need to get a wash job for yourself, well maybe not i don't think we could get all the bugs out of your teeth....oh wait, thats not bugs its rotten spots because truck drivers are nasty motherfuckers who wash there trucks more then themselfs. You need to come on down to tennessee at the knoxville beacon exit 369 and let me kick your ass

  • Keep looking for me, I get to Knoxville about three times a week. Do me a favor, wear a pink base-ball cap, so I know which faggot to drop-kick first.

  • STEERING WHEEL HUGGIN FAGGOT

  • I guess you know all about "faggots" don't you?

  • You're just an old fart, you look like shit ,shave once in a while you look like a bum pice of shit

  • Your just jealous your "beard" looks like pubic hair.

  • HAHA come to blue beacon in carmel church if u want a bad ass truck wash. but dude its actually a policy not to record or take pictures on the property. us employees cant even do that shit. DUHHH they have security cameras its not like they actually wanted to record YOU. LOL u say "warsh" instead of wash..

  • Why do you go there if you hate it so much?

  • My employer REQUIRES drivers to wash the trucks AT LEAST once a week, and has an account at STREEKIN BEEKIN.

  • So if you hate the Beacon so much then why dont you just wash it yourself?

  • Employer requires it.

    Stupid employer

  • Well then if you dont like your job so much then why dont you just quit?

  • Who said anything about hating my job? If I did, I probably would be working at STREEKIN BEEKIN too....

  • Well you obviously do hate your job if you go around acting like that, you hate your employer. You hold a negative view on the way your company is run.

  • I am so glad you graduated from Mind Reading School.

  • I meant "aren't you supposed to share the road?"

  • OK Roadkill, the truck washers at Blue Beacon in OAK GROVE not Oak Park, do not suck!!! They do a very good job. If you don't like how they wash your truck then wash it your DAMN self!!! Besides you truck drivers can't drive worth shit, you all suck. You think you own the damn road, are you supposed to share the road? So it wasn't the employees at the beacon in Oak Grove that did a bad job because they aren't the ones that washed your truck in the first place. Roadkill, what a name for a driver.

  • I don't have time to "wash the damn truck myself". I get paid to DRIVE, and I do a good job of it, when you consider no accidents...other than the times people HIT ME.

Given that trucks pay at least $11,000 per year in HUT, not including tax per gallon and individual State highway use taxes...we SHOULD "own the road".

Had the name "roadkill" long before I started driving. Had more to do with my eating habits; someone once remarked that I would "eat roadkill" if someone put it in front of me.

  • first off that aint oak grove on the inside and there are reasons we dont let people use video cameras on the grounds and if you have a problem with the wash tell a manager and it will be fixed also we brush every truck at blue beacon i know i make sure it gtes done it s my job

  • hey come to north star truck wash in fargo, nd to shine with the star!

  • well roadkill, i did drive a truck and it sucked. and the drivers that come to my blue beacon on my shift say that will only stop at my location because were the only ones that get them clean, and most of them are polished out pete's, and i brush them everytime. And the hardest thing about your job is staying awake. i have dealt with driver like you in the past and i don't take there shit like most of these blue beacons who think they should kiss your ass.

  • No STREEKIN BEEKIN ever "brushed" my truck, but still every time I get it washed, I have to get it re-done. Like last week in Harbor Creek PA, they left 1/2 of the trailer un-washed. I had to wait an extra hour to get it done right.

The "hardest part" of driving a truck is staying awake???

    LOL

How would you know, you are a truck school drop-out.

Having the job done right has nothing to do with getting your employees to kiss my ass. It is CUSTOMER SERVICE, which you have never been taught.

  • well i guess there lazy at that beacon in harbor creek, and no i'm not a truck school drop out i did drive for awhile , so i did get a taste of driving and i wasnt for me. i did have excellent customer care until a driver put his hands on me for not getting his truck clean like he wanted, i even brushed it but it wasnt good nough i guess. i don't see the point in doing that. drivers like is what makes me not like my job like i use to.

  • be nice to drivers its our job to be curtious to drivers ...i would be pissed also if they didn't brush my truck.....

  • roadkill your just a grouchy ol truck driver who the thinks there is such thing as a perfect truck wash , we can get them clean but not perfectly clean. i would like to see you do my job. you couldn't handle it! and no we don't suck.

  • 1fstlx.....grouchy perhaps. But what douch-bags like you can't seem to get your head around is: when a CUSTOMER pays for a SERVICE, if you FAIL to perform that service to the SATISFACTION of the customer, there are TWO OPTIONS:

    1. re-wash the truck

    2. refund the money back

Pay upwards of $50 to get a truck and trailer washed and if the uneducated and toothless minimum-wage earners can't even get all of the BUGS OFF, I am entitled to a "do-over".

  • I doub't that you could handle "my job", but still, there is no comparing ME to YOU anyway. I have worked a full time job, 6 or 7 days a week since about 1972. Probably long before you were a wet-spot on your parent's sheets.

  • To Roadkill , i have almost 15 yrs experience with Blue Beacon we try to do the best we can at what we do, as a supervisor i have had to deal with alot of picky drivers and you can never satisfy them and i don't understand why they get so ANGRY when we miss a few small areas , i guess there looking for the perfect wash. i think if someone said you sucked at what you do you would get mad.

  • If you can't even wash all the bugs off, then why are you in the business. I have to get my truck re-washed almost every time I stop at a STREEKIN BEEKIN truck wash, because if it isn't clean, I catch hell from MY boss....

oh, and you guys DO SUCK

    LOL

  • arent you waty to old to be using LOL u old fart

  • Aren't you way too old to be spelling like a second-grader?

  • They have a "methodical process" in leaving soap streaks and bugs after they are done.

If someone wanted to "steal" their process, he wouldn't be a truckdriver with a small hand-held camcorder, he would sneak a couple hundred dollars to one of your minimum-wage employees.

  • To the guy said that we think we have it bad at blue beacon. How many trucks do you do a day by handwashing hmm? Probably not very damn many. We have it down to a science at Blue Beacon, we may not be handwashing it, but we surely can get a truck out in 15 minutes sometimes less. You may work harder in your quality but we work harder in our quantity. You think you have it bad handwashing? Try a busy day at blue beacon, sometimes 15 or more trucks a bay, ON ONE SHIFT! Try that you pussy.

  • Get a "truck out" in 15 MINUTES?? No wonder your employees have to rewash trucks so often.

  • Judging from your comments, the damn thing you know about Blue Beacon is that it's a truck wash. You don't know jack shit about the pressure the employees our under, speed of service, quality, etc. clocks ticking against you, every move matters. We have drivers that say their truck has never been cleaner, and thats a majority. Every now and then we get the bitch truck washers who think we are a detail shop, like YOU. You just need to change your fucking attitude and lighten the hell up...

  • I don't have to know much about truck washes.........except that I have to get my truck re-washed almost every time I go there. You offer a SERVICE and if the job you do is UNSATISFACTORY, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to correct it. If YOU can't stand the pressure, get another job.

  • Washing a truck is easy, But getting a truck clean is hard, and it takes time. At champions truck wash in hereford Tx. we understand that, and try to give the customer the best job we can, as quick as we can. The driver is asked to inspect the truck before and after we think we are done. If he is not happy we rewash for free until he is happy. That usually gets the next guy in line upset, but they expect the same when they get in the bay.Check us out off of hwy 60 in Hereford Tx. Happy Trucking!

  • And sure, Blue Beacons can do a halfassed job every now and then, some of the time, and even most of the time. I'm a supervisor at the Salina Blue Beacon and we maybe only get 1 or 2 rewashes per shift and thats mostly the chrome. Mistakes happen and rewashes our free, We aren't perfect we are only human. When you have supervisors bitching about efficiency and speed all the time it's kind of hard not to slip up like that. Thats something I wish most drivers would understand.

  • Well your attitude about not being allowed to bring the camera in was plain uncalled for, the dickhead comment was way out of line. It's just company policy and the employees at that Blue Beacon didn't write those rules but they gotta enforce them so you just have to square with that.Saying that we are all nothing but uneducated idiots is like saying your just another ignorant dumbass truck driver like the rest and you know that stereotype is not true and I know it is to.

  • They sure didn't need to be RUDE about it.

  • first of all at least think about what your saying before you say it . " all u do is power wash" well stupid fuck just so you know we do brush on EVERY truck so that makes you look really stupid right now .. also i will agree with you that we do get alot of complaints but where still number one in truckwashing so it must mean that we are doing something right ????

  • I have NEVER had my truck "brushed" at any STREEKIN BEEKIN, if I had, I wouldn't need to get it re-washed because your employees couldn't get the bugs off by "spraying it".

  • ok there is no way your are being for real you have NEVER had a blue beacon BRUSH your stack elbow or any of the front ??
