Also, what were the personalities of the women like? I have met very few Arab women and they were not as I had expected them to be when I did meet them. Maybe even more crazy than Saddams Government, but its a different kind of Crazy. I was Infantry, 101st Airborne. but in Korea for that year I was in the 2nd Infantry Div, the famous 1/506 Reg. from the movie series "band of brothers"

When the Iraqi army disbanded the whole country went into chaos. It would have been better to put some better Iraqi officers in charge ot the Iraqi army and then change people slowly so there was no shock to the system.

the only difference here and the fights I've been in is that in the fights I'm in the people don't have guns to back their fists up, and they don't really have beat sticks either, so any beating bullies tried to give me were multiple people versus me typically with one person being particularly physically active
unlike those two, I could afford to get angry and really fight back, these people have the added consideration that they could just simply be shot if they fought back which is nasty
