the madrid player is injured and out of respect for the opposition the osasuna player plays the ball out of bounds because the only time a player may be attended to is during a stopage in play. this is a commonn act in soccer/football and in all cases the opossing team then takes their throw in and kicks the ball back out of bounds so the opposing team retains possesion. just goes to show how respectful these players are of each other and the game
