Just the new(ish) windows movie maker, I don't really like it that much compared to the old one, but there's quite a few new effects on it:-)

@equinephotocontests Well, it came with my laptop, because it has windows 7, but I'm guessing you can download it, it's called windows live movie maker I think, so you should be able to download it for free:-)
