Ah we have a rescue dog that is apparently a mix of Patterdale and he does this. Rught old hunter though. Would kill a cat and loves chasing squirrels. We are getting DNA done on him.
ha ha my pat becks does that exact same head turn when i talk to him, becks's hair on his snout is longer though, nice short tail no docking good breeding ill post a vid of him terrorising my british bulldog ronnie soon.

patterdale in the environement they were bred for the tails been docked i find mine uses his for balance when doing tight turns. Mine was ran over yesterday by a removal truck , tough little bugger survived though patterdales are the best companions

looks exactly like my patterdale! I believe mine is nuttal cross gould but not 100% sure.
