i respect your opinion but I actually disagree. Miami Ink is my favourite show of all time, I practically went from not watching any television to watching 5 episodes on Miami Ink a day! Ami James in my opinion is the most talented artist on the show. I obviously don't know him personally. But on the show I agree he has times where he goes completely nuts but most of the time he is a complete sweetheart. He's funny, charming, talented and incredibly humble. Nunez is the same in my opinion.

At what points in the show has Ami given you the impression that he's a sweetheart? I can probably give you a rather large amount of evidence to show that he isn't a sweetheart at all. He's not this misunderstood rough and tumble but underneath it all amazing guy, he's an asshole. And I don't say that lightly.

There's a lot of art that Ami can't do, same as Nunez, that's why they hated on Kat so much because she has variety and a strong identity.

i don't know why you're hating so much on ami when you don't even know him personally. Every tattoo artist has a strong point and a weak point, for some the strong point may be portraits for some not, an individual tattoo artist can't be perfect in every way. i'm a tattoo artist myself and i would kill to be half as good as ami, i've seen his work and he did a tattoo on the back of my neck a year ago and it turned out great. You must not know much about tattoos to make those statments about him
