@tootough Hey, if you mean the performance of Masters of War that night by Eddie and Mike, I'm sorry but I don't have it. Though I'm pretty sure there are some video's of it here on YT. :)
Eddie is like a child in a candy store here, realising his dreams of performing as an artist. Over the next few coming years you can see how the fame thing took it's toll as he became more introverted and uncomfortable with with exposure he had in the media, and who can blame him. Fame threatened to tarnish the one thing that gave his life so much meaning.... Music.
@azandi2 I don't care for religion, it doesn't answer anything. It's all theory. There are many other books that delve into the same kind of theory. All have different theories all have catches that don't fit. My theory is we are human and do the best you can while you are here with what you have. You have to play the cards you are dealt.
none of us can change the world, but what we can change is OUR world. taking time out of our day to even consider the worlds problems is a waste of time. go out and get involved in local politics, or a youth group. if you can help a young person be better behaved IN your community, if will do much more than complaing about a war that the soliders themselves signed up for. thay were not drafted in
Soldiers sign up for the military, not avoidable, foreign, and immoral wars. What you call "complaining," I would call protesting and it has brought ends to past wars as well as offered solutions to past problems.

Yeah, I think the same. He believed in music too much...now he thinks he can change the world, but it's for me a bit too idealistic. The truth is, that he (and any of us) can't do anything to stop the war in Iraq, he can just sing about it. Besides I'm not sure if it's that good idea to engage the band in politics.
You are right, but some people can at least say they try, and that they aren't affraid to fail, because at least they are doing something, not just saying it can't be done.
Could you please release the 'Master's' version of: "Masters of War!".....?

Yes there is, but I don't want to have a ten thousand year debate about it. Cheers.

@azandi2 Well, if it serves you well as a guide, thats ok, as long as they don't push it.

Perfect concept. Who needs religion. All it does is cause problems anyway.

We can at least TRY to do something about this fucked up world we live in, and that's what Eddie's doing, trying. It shows how caring he is.

you canät take music to seriously, I mean look at legends like Kurt cobain, Eddie vedder or Bob Marley.

Does Eddie Vedder need our advice on how seriously to take music?
Seems to have worked out ok for him.
