  • @713bigserg713 dude the best motivator u will ever meet is your self, sticking with any one prgram is an internal struggle, conquer your mind, push your body till u cant anymore, and keep pressing play if you have the program

    I've been watching alot of P90X vids. Started 5 weeks ago, myself! I haven't noticed alot of definition yet, but I know I have to chisel away the fat first. I have noticed a great amount of energy and increase in strength. I'll be sticking with this until June of 2011!

  • @premeddis Well, p90x helped me get in good enoph shape to join the Marines, that should be pretty motivating, i do eat less during the week and drink water, i usually drop about 7-8 pounds a month, just keep going and dont give up and you will get there.

  • I ahte Ab ripper x, the first week I coulnt even do it i was too exhasted and I am in pretty good shape on to week 2 now and Im surprised how much stronger i am after 1 week , cant wait till the 30 day pics, i am already seeing a difference! :) great work btw! :)

  • im on my third week of p90x .. its intense especially ab ripper x... fifer scissors kick my but.. but umm my starting weight is 276.. and would just like to ask .. if like i should eat less as i loose more weigh/??

  • @fcbigb i didnt eat any less, i just ate alot of vegies and meat, i filled half my plate with brocoli and the other side i had a peice of meat like chicken or fish, and i had yogurt.

  • hey bro, what if i cant do pull ups, or maybe i can do like 3..? can you skip it?

  • @DonDrummer No, use a chair, thats what i still do for some of the harder pull up moves. for example- corn cob pull ups, close grip overhand pull ups, and switch grip pull ups, i can do reverse grip's like there's no tomorrow.

  • I started 5 days ago at 290.....I have only lost 3pounds but the energy differance is amazing...I do kenpo tonight...@dbsshadow I couldn't get through the warm up when I started. lol

  • Hey thanks, im strict monday through saturday and on sunday i eat and drink whatever i want, but mon-sat is health food and water

  • im doing p90x right now and im on my fourth day. my starting weight is 295, but my question is did you pack a lot of protein in your diet?? and do you think the sunday affected your results? im doing the same thing as far as sunday being an open day. but i am getting a lot of protein in to so i was just wandering if thats wut you did or no.

  • Good job on your first two rounds. One suggestion, dont wait too long before starting your next round. The longer you wait the harder it will be. I took a "short" 2-3 week vacation between rounds 1 and 2 and it was harder getting back into it then it could have been. You're going to tear round 3 up!

  • I'm actually probobly going to start my 3rd round monday, that way my recovery week will be the week i go on vacation, so all i will have to do is take cardio x and kempo.
