I think part of the problem of English dub of animes sometimes is the dialogue and how they pronounce certain words derived from the Japanese dialogue. It sounds a bit awkward and unnatural at times. For Bleach, I would say that the English voice actors done a good job overall with their acting.

I agree that if anybody had listen to Grimmjow, most of them would have still been alive.

I don't get why some Americans say Japanese voices are better than American ones. I've been wondering this for along time... In every anime naruto, one piece, bleach they say the Japanese voices are better that doesn't make any since if you only speak English. To be honest the only Japanese voice I liked was Minato Namikaze(fourth hokage) but then again that's just my opinion, to each his own...

Atleast not the espada, it was okay before then, the voices for characters like Orihime, Ichigo, Keigo, Uryu, Chad, Renji, Yoruichi, etc. were fine, it's just the arrancars had bad-fitting voices. I realize there aren't really that many English voice actors, I mean I USUALLY watch anime dubbed, but if the dubbing is so bad-fitting that it makes it impossible for me to enjoy the anime, then it's time to switch to subs

I feel this needs to be said if you prefer the sub fine but from a lot of the comments on this video and others you might not necessarily prefer them because they're better. Subs sound exotic and Japanese is a cool language. If the Japanese voice actors were speaking English I bet it wouldn't appeal to you all as much. Harribel sounds almosts exactly the same as in Japanese and some of you still think her voice actor sucks.

Some of the voices are okay....Halibel's is okay, and I've always liked Tousen's dub voice. Stark sounded a little too generic...not laid back enough. Barrigan was alright. The only one I just can't used to is Aizen. His voice definately does have the "I'm totally pretending to be a nice guy" thing, but he just doesn't have the authority or power to his voice that the Japanese Aizen does.
