Your reason for him NOT having "bling" is dumb. He doesnt have chrome on it because chrome looks dumb on BMWs. Plain and simple. I think those rims r badass so to say he wants the wheels to remain neutral so you focus on the rest of the car is dumb. They are a part of the car and those wide ass wheels are what get the HP to the ground
