i dont know what happened to my laptop. It happened about 2 weeks ago, the problem is any of my softwares are unable to connect to internet except my anti virus and IE.. I scan my computer ots of time not only with antivirus but also with anti malware .. lPlease man i m need of help
@soberorhigh, probably you are using Kaspersky! Antivirus does not allow properly work of other programs! Uninstall your antivirus and then install your program. Block the program with Windows Firewall or disable block, do what you need. Note that Kaspersky officially does not work together with Windows Firewall! Also, Kaspersky is not good idea for blocking your programs.
