In Islam, every human being is born sinless, no one shall bear the sin of another. The Christian concept of the original sin, is non existent in Islam. A person becomes responsible for his or her actions once they have reached the age of maturity (puberty), providing they are also mentally sane. Having said that, a Muslim is blessed with the ability to repent for their wrong doings and actions, which is a blessing to us from our Lord.

May Allah guide you towards the truth.

Well, in Islaam, a person only becomes accountable when they hit puberty, so let's put it that way instead. Puberty is one condition, and sanity is the other. Islam is a religion of justice and logic, God would not punish a person for sinning if he or she has hit puberty but is not sane, or mentally capable of differentiating between what's right, and what's wrong.

This is very pretty although I don't know what Astaghfirullah means. Do you guys think Adam was a black man? There should be an at least one black prophet. Even though color really doesn't matter as Muhammad himself said. The Christians portray him and Eve as being white, the catholics.

Colour as you said is not the major factor in our religion. However, there is Hadith [saying of the Prophet p.b.u.h] where he has stated the colour of Prophet Isa [Jesus], Moosa [Moses] & we are also told of his own colour. Bilal [R.A] was coloured & the first muazzin [caller to prayer] in Islam

heard some lecture and friends that said Prophet Adam pbuh was actually black because, scientifically (i think) 2 white humans can not produce a black being, but 2 black humans (at least one) can produce a white human. Astaghfirullah means I ask forgivness and seek pardon from Allah. Yes Adam PBUH was dark in colour, actually that is the meaning of his name, in Arabic Adam means dark skin colour, and it also has other meanings.

Moses PBUH also had dark skin, but skin colour isn't a major factor in religion, actualy in Islam it means nothing, there's no difference between black and white.
