Hey man. It looks like you have wonderful mechanics! Very admirable. I will just mention though when you are hanging from the bar it looks like your right hip is hiked up just a bit. I would look to release you right quadratus lumborum, which you can massage manually. And while you are there you should probably check on the iliac attachments right on the inside of the iliac crest. That should add needed length to your right side straighten you out even more. take care!
Great demonstration - excellent stretches. I've used nearly every one of them at some time or another - except for the scapular walking - I'll have to give that a try.
sweet, i can add 2 that are great for me...inverted handstand, basically push my head through my hands so i can see me feet up against the wall (increase difficulty by putting your butt against the wall and let the legs drop...make sure you have good handstand first tho). 2nd is pull up with head as far in front of the bar as possible and hold up there, then hold by your left/right hand....bridge push ups are great too!
SOme great visual suggestions I'll be sure to incorporate into my rehab. Its funny but recovering from R.C. surgery has motivated me to get back to the gym... I keep hearing the theme song to 'The 6 million dollar man' in my head at night. Thanks Again!!
