Hi, I've follows your recipe and it works reat. However I roll the dough by hand and I found it somehow difficult because it is too elastic and shrinks constantly (yes I let it rest enough). Do you know how to control that? should I add more fluor, water or oil? what component determines that property? thanks
@123456789brian Thanks, in fact, after repeating your recipe several times now it is ok. I think I needed more practice with making the dough. This is now one of my favorite recipes. Of course, Im now trying some variants and they all are great. Thanks again.

@edge30 thanks :D you can control that by adding more water, just try to be careful not to add too much more

what kind of sauce did you put over the raviolis? this was a dope video. i like the recipe and will def incorporate into my recipe book.

@cezehiphop Thanks, and I put all veggie sauce on them, but they also go great with marinara or mushroom sauce.
