@Princesspointeballet Are you with a professional school? How many hours a week do you train? A pre professional dancer at your age who goes on to a career trains 20-30 hours a week, and has attended summer intensives with top ballet schools. Even then, it is difficult to get a position. Good luck, though. Work hard, and you may be rewarded.

@Princesspointeballet No one has any way of knowing without a video of your dancing, or without any knowledge of your body type. A professional career is determined by technical proficiency and body type (long legs, short torso, lean, long neck, 180 degree turn out, arched feet) And the duration of training doesn't necessarily say much; I know girls who've been training for their entire lives with no technique, and girls who began their training as teens who are professionals.

They are all such beautiful dancers that truly capture your attention. What I love the most about them is that they have gorgeous technique AND a passion for dancing that shines through. I find some videos where the dancers, unfortunately, do not seem to be enjoying themselves. Here, the ballerinas and their partners are focused and working hard - but enjoying every moment. Thank you for sharing this video with us.
