go 2 gypsypsychicscams. it's a website exposing these liars, con artists & thieves by deception. you can also leave stories of how you were scammed &/or post photos of their homes & "work places" so every 1 knows who 2 avoid. there's also videos posted there by members of these criminals' families showing what the money you give these frauds gets them. love your cozy little home constantly in need of repair? your used 5 year old car? have a look at this site. & then save your money.
There is no such thing as God. Okay? Are we good? We clear... Do we understand that??? HAHAHA Egotistic condescending prick. Just because you saw a "Psychic" on tv one time it means that EVERY person claiming to be a psychic is a fraud? What else is your proof of another dillusional psychic? (Other than ones on TV shows like John Edward and 1-800 numbers)
ah man, i feel your pain, you are absolutely correct too. if they have thhese powers, then use them to feed the world. But i do believe that there are some people who use satan's power as psychics to do his work. These people are not gonna use their powers to help people because satan wants to destroy humanity not help it. That is my answer to why they dont use their powers to feed and help the poor.
And, I agree with this video completely. All psychics are lying frauds that can easily be exposed via controlled experiments, and are always in it for the cheaply made cash.
He's brainwashed by old religious dogma. We all were born with psychic intuition and I naturally have thought of something and then it happened. Does that make me scum to you? And I went to psychic once and I literally saw a light around her. She's the sweetest, most loving person I know, and her service is donations only.
@jwils924, your standards of evidence or obviously quite low. One can be summed up to coincidence (who hasn't thought of someone who calls you moments later, etc.?), the other a fallacy in your memory or a hallucination, or you are lying.
Ooops, I thought you were saying that Physics was the scum of the earth. I need better glasses I think. Actually even the 'truth detectors' don't read minds.
Btw, you just gave me a novella idea. A guy or girl, armed with a shroom-induced vision and a hell of a lot of luck, wins the lottery, then promptly gives 98% to charity. S/He becomes convinced that making all other psychics do the same will end world poverty, and so becomes a hardcore advocate for revising the "psychic code" to allow for a worldwide scheme of similar philanthropy. The world's scam artist psychics contrive to trap and stone him/her.
The radio station where I live brings on a psychic as well. You only give her your name and age (or so it's supposed to go) and then she tells you about your life. She has several standard go to lines:
There is going to be a gossiper, don't hang out with that person.
You are going to meet someone that will become an important part of your life.
(if the caller is female) There is going to be a guy to come up and talk to you. Avoid him, he only wants one thing.
(If male) You need to avoid going to bars trying to pick up women. They are just going to be trouble.
and other standard "good advice" type things that anyone would qualify for.
Then she IMMEDIATELY says good bye and hangs up before the caller can say if she was on the mark or not.
And of course, there are plenty of times that she gets the name and age then asks other questions (fact digging) like "Are you married?" "Are you looking to get pregnant?" etc.
@KingHeathen Sadly, there are many people who fall for such trickery, and it would be best if someone exposed the frauds for what they are. Frauds/bullshit artists/woo-woo tards, etc.
Love the video, but if that psychic wasn't wearing a pretty little tin foil hat while she made her predictions . . . she's sane enough to stand trial for fraud, or something.
I would just like to add that, Psychics are the scum of the Earth. If they all suffered from a tragic yet mysteriously unforseen simultaneous punch in the face incident tomorrow, I might just laugh myself to death.
A few years ago, one of those psychic hotline companies went out of business. Curiously, none of the "psychics" it employed saw it coming beforehand. :-D
Hey! I DO have psychic powers! I can foresee the plot twists in movies long before they come about! How do you explain that Mr. Smartypants! Exactly! Your science and rea--- wait what? Watching too many movies ISN'T the same as having psychic powers? Well shit... never mind then. I'm just going to go to the corner and feel like an idiot now.
Note to self: Referencing comments I made on Person A's video in response to Person B's comment, is pointless on Person C's video if Person B isn't around.
While I agree with the premise that psychics are mostly knowing frauds, there is a certain percentage who actually believe the shit they shovel. Having said that, as an atheist and skeptic, I would feel uncomfortable saying that there is no such thing as a person who have perceive others thoughts. The fact is, science simply doesn't know with 100% certainty. The kind of absolute knowledge you claim takes the punch out of your argument. Religious people are 100% certain of God too.
If I were constructing a logical, empirical argument, I would agree with you. This was an emotional response more than anything else. And used outside of those types of arguments, speaking in absolutes, I think, is fine.
I enjoy the absurdists of sales pitch and adamant conviction. As long as there's a healthy quotient of the rational to stem the tide, and withstand the triumph of bullshit, I can accept the entertainment value of redonkulous assholes exploiting the insecure. Because they'd hate on me anyway *Heh. *Shrug.
I see them being promoted in feely-weely crystal shops charging anywhere up to 50 or 80 dollars. Anyone paying that does need their mind examined- But not by a psychic.
Well, eventually everyone runs into the "cogito ergo sum barrier," but being absolute doesn't ean his statement is necessarily incorrect. In fact, saying there is no such thing as an absolute is a self-contradicting statement. I've talked about that in a couple of my videos, I think.
There are some people who can seem to feel other people's emotions and thoughts... But there's a reason for that. It's really not hard to guess if you're good at reading body language, facial expressions, and other signals people give off, especially subtle ones. I myself can often tell what others are feeling but I don't see it as a "psychic" ability, just a good sense of observation. As for people who claim to tell the future... They're full of crap. XD

Funny, ever seen Penn & Teller's bullshit where they go into this and set up some stings for psychics? It's pretty awesome.
