  • Hey man you are a great athlete and have put a lot of time into training. Your plyometric work and route running are superb. I did notice your olympic lifts ( clean, snatch, jerk press) aren't as crisp as the rest of your exercises. You compromise your back position in your first concentric movements, your not catching at the correct depth, not reaching full hip extension,and your putting your rotator cuffs at a huge risk by not dropping the weight after each rep. Maximize potential!!

J'espère vraiment que tu vas te tailler un poste avec une équipe de la NFL, parce que t'as l'air de vraiment le mériter. Travailler fort comme ça, ça peut pas ne pas être récompensé!
