Birthday Song - Jon Lajoie Typography (for my friend)

Seriously man, this lyric video looks awesome. I really like that kind of stuff, and I would really like to find out how you create those poppin up lyrics and all other things. So I beg you, tell me at least a bit about making that kind of videos. What program you've been using?

Ok, so I have lately been asked this question quite frequently. On basics, I use Motion 4 on Mac OS X, but you can use Adobe After Effects as well, for windows, they are basically the same, I just prefer the UI of Motion. All you need to do is to create text vectors, synchronize them to the lirycs (on the timeline) and then add some camera movement keyframes. I am planning to make a video tutorial on that one, so stay tuned :)
